Al Shaheer believes in inculcating a corporate culture throughout its departments and functions, and in the same connection a rigorous human resource plan is in place. Our employees are highly trained and qualified professionals with strong industry background. At present there are around 120 employees on Al Shaheer’s payroll. The management team under the leadership of the company CEO has been able to achieve outstanding results in the first year of its establishment. A brief description of the management team follows.

Company CEO: Mr. Kamran Khalili
Mr. Kamran Khalili is the CEO and the Chairman of Al Shaheer Corporation. It was his vision to establish halal meat processing company. Kamran Khalili took the initiative and started the company from zero. He has played a key role in the establishment and growth of Al Shaheer Corporation.

Prior to Al Shaheer Mr. Kamran was the member Karachi Stock Exchange for around 10 years and CEO of Fortune Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. He has alse worked as Investment Banker in Muslim Commercial Bank, Pakistan.
Mr. Kamran is an MBA from Philippines.

Factory Manager: Mr. Bilaluddin Memon
Mr. Bilal has been with the food processing sector for twenty years. He has worked as Factory manager in Mehran Foods and Kissan Oil Companies. He has vast experience in managing labor, implementing systems and processes and ensuring discipline at the plant. Mr. Bilal plays an active role in development of the training programmes for the factory staff.
Mr. Bilal is an MBA from New Ports University.

Manger Marketing/Operations: Mr. Adnan Budhani
Adnan Budhani looks after company’s marketing and head office operations. In addition Adnan is also involved in developing business plans for local market, implementing information systems, designing of SOPs, improving company’s technology infrastructure and human resource planning.

Adnan is an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and is also a Candidate for CFA level III examination.

Prior to MBA, Adnan worked in TPS Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd as Software consultant. He did his graduation from NUCES- FAST in faculty of Computer Science.

Quality System Manager: Mr. Khalil Ahmed
Mr. Khalil Ahmed is Quality System Manger at Al Shaheer Corporation. Khalil has over nine years of experience in food industry. At Al Shaheer he has been involved in monitoring food safety and quality assurance programme. His major responsibilities include monitoring ISO 9001 implementation and compliance and guiding the management regarding improving the systems and reporting of any non compliances. He also plays major role in training the staff regarding HACCP and ISO standards and ensuring that the SOPs are completely followed.

Prior to working at Al Shaheer Khalil worked for Unilever in Walls Ice cream division. He also has experience of working in Hamdard foods, BP Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. and Garibsons (Pvt.) Ltd.

Khalil is MSc. Food Technology from Karachi University. In addition he has also attended trainings on Meat Hygiene and Quality Control in Dubai and HACCP auditing from System 9000.

Quality Assurance Officer : Sirajuddin Siddique

I completed my M.Sc in Food Science & Technology in the year 2007. My first job as Junior Auditor Quality and Food Safety was in United Registrar of Systems Pakistan. In 18 months of my job at URS, i worked with leading food industries like EBM, Candyland, National Foods, Mehran Spice, Habib-ADM and B.P Industries as Auditor and

In November 2008, I switched my job and moved to G.I. Private Limited which is Pakistan's First retort processing plant. As Q.A Officer, i was responsible for checking the quality of raw material and finished product, implementation and verification of quality, hygiene and food safety standards, line inspection of product packaging, final inspection of cartons, calculation of F-value, accelerated shelf-life study and other tasks which were handed over to me on day to day basis.

I have also been a part of visiting faculty of University of Karachi from January 2009 to June 2009.

Manager Operations Factory: Mr. Tariq Khan
Mr. Tariq is head of factory operations and is mainly involved in the purchase of livestock. He has vast experience of 15 years in fields of cattle slaughtering, purchasing of raw materials and supplies and in managing of slaughtering plants. Furthermore Mr. Tariq has also been involved in the management of export shipments from the plant to the port.

Prior to coming to Al Shaheer, Mr. Tariq worked as Operations Manager Facotry at PK Livestock.

Foremen Slaughtering: Mr. Rashid
Mr. Rashid is Foremen Slaughtering at Al Shaheer Corporation. His responsibilities include scheduling the production and coordinating with the butchers. Rashid has vast experience of more than 15 years of cattle slaughtering with enormous knowledge of various breeds of cattle.
